How long have you been working at Georgia State University?
I have been working at Georgia State since the consolidation with Georgia Perimeter College in the Fall semester of 2016.
What do you do on a typical day?
I begin my day by assigning patrol functions to my staff and briefing them in Roll Call with pertinent information. I patrol the campus in my patrol vehicle.

Police Sergeant.
What do you do when you are not at work?
I run a commercial cleaning business. I fish. I play my saxophone.

By treating others the way I want to be treated and by looking for ways to be a blessing to others.
What do you enjoy most about work/life?
I enjoy the comradery that we have established in the Police Department.

I play the saxophone.
What’s your favorite thing in your office?
I don’t have an office. My patrol vehicle could be considered my office. I spend most of my shift in it. My most favorite thing is the radio.

My job supports the university’s mission by providing a safe and secure environment to faculty, staff and students, that is conducive to learning and socializing.
